"I have been struggling with hypothyroidism and an immune disorder for over two years and I am relieved and elated to have had Justine assist me in understanding and giving me hope in managing my condition. Her caring nature and positive attitude have been an inspiration in helping me understand and take the initiative to help myself restore vitality and health in conjunction with my Specialist. Justine has restored my confidence with her “holistic” approach giving me a renewed outlook that my health is finally moving into a positive direction."
Justine is a qualified naturopath, herbalist and nutritionist. Having had a life-long career as a busy corporate executive and being a mother of three, Justine knows all too well the importance of "life balance" and the adverse impact stress, poor nutrition and the "hurriedness of life" has on our overall health and well-being.
Life balance is difficult to achieve. It involves respecting our mind, body and soul and treating each component to good nutrition, exercise, relaxation and life's pleasures. A firm believer of "everything in moderation", Justine will empower you with techniques and treatment protocols to assist you on the step-by-step journey to better health. Her compassionate, empathic and non-judgemental approach will continue to provide you with assurance as you strive to attain your desired health outcomes.
Justine supports western medicine, its advances and achievements to date – we are all living longer thanks to it. Many western medicines, herbs and nutritional supplements can work together in harmony to provide you with the best overall treatment protocol. However, Justine's message to you is – be crystal clear about what you are taking, why you are taking it, how it works, what side-effects it may have and how it interacts with whatever else you are taking or eating. If there is a natural alternative, why not give it a go first!
Through personal and family experience Justine's special interest lies in the naturopathic and nutritional treatment of:
Mood disorders (stress, anxiety and depression),
Weight loss (HCG protocol, HCG drops and natural herbs)
Insomnia and fatigue,
Blood pressure dysregulation,
Immune system dysfunction,
Common acute conditions and
Health issues of the elderly.
